I was communicating with a DFS member earlier today on an issue unrelated to the OneBlade, though I knew he recently purchased one. I learned that he hadn't heard about an important issue.

People with newer OneBlades began noticing that the Feather blades, which are recommended for the razor, weren't fitting properly and were 'smililng', meaning that the part holding the blade is too narrow and the blade has to bend like a smile to fit in the razor.

There is more information than you ever want to know about this on the OneBlade thread.

In short, it looks like they are refunding money or offering to send a new razor.

My uneducated guess is that OneBlade is happiest when the least amount of recent customers notice this issue. But yes, hopefully if it comes down to it, they will either provide a full refund or offer a flawless version once they have them in stock.

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Here's a link to the OneBlade thread:  DFS "Your Thoughts on OneBlade" Thread

There's a lot of info there about the OneBlade.  Go to the last 12 pages or so to read about the recent problems some folks are having with the razor.

Thanks for the public service announcement, Pete( Pete123 )!  I know I wouldn't be very happy receiving a $300 razor with a problem.

Man good thing I wasn't tempted enough to have bit the bullet.

I'm not in the CONUS, this would be a lot of hassle for me to return.

Thanks Pete.
