I'm interested in art and design, and I noticed on Instagram that Design Milk posted a piece on a collaboration between Harry's and Good Thing (design company) on reimagining the shaving brush: http://design-milk.com/good-thing-and-ha...th-design/
Personally, I believe many of these appear undesirable from a shaving perspective. Some of them are meant to be just art pieces, but it's hard to find many that would be functional. Many of the knots appear to be pure badger or random synthetics that are not set at typical lofts. I was tempted to link to the Paladin, Varlet, etc. sites, so they could see some better examples of shaving brushes that emphasize aesthetics AND function.
Anyway, I just thought it was interesting and worth passing along here.
