that's for Mohammad to answer on. we'll see what he says!
Tu ne cede malis, sed contra audentior ito.
I think it’s a little more then getting mental over soap being a few days late. It’s the fact that this vendor continues to take customer’s money and not deliver the product.
Is the soap not ready when it’s put on the site? Are the labels not on the containers when the soap is put on the site. It’s not hard to ship. There are many vendors in the wet shaving space who are able to handle it. Why can’t he? I don’t think it’s unfair to ask those questions.

Maybe I’m the strange one...but...if a tub or two of soap is late I just don’t care. It’s just soap. Not a critically needed Rx drug. I’ve never not received a product I’ve ordered from him. And I believe he immediately offered a refund for those who didn’t want to wait. Personally, I think that’s more than fair. All the soap angst and venting about some soap is rather comical to be honest.

I was never offered a refund for this latest delay. In fact I never received an email saying there would be a delay. I found out about it in this thread from other posters. That’s not the point though. The point is I received an email on Wednesday that my order had shipped for a product I bought weeks ago and as of tonight the Post Office still hasn’t received it yet to ship. Why is that? If the product is ready to go why hasn’t it been taken to the Post Office yet? That doesn’t seem strange to you? Again, these are all fair questions and concerns regarding questionable business practices.

When a vendor prints a label, it generates an email saying a label has been created. That’s all. A vendor can print labels for 100 packages and have it take a week to get them to the post office, or the next day. All depends.
A couple points as it specifically points to Grooming Dept.
1 - he drops them off at the sf airport post office. Packages aren’t scanned as received often until after 10pm pacific time.
2 - an email was sent December 19th to everyone who ordered informing customers of the delay, and an offer of a refund was presented
3 - I’ve never heard of anyone being ripped off. I feel like the way some of these posts are worded that folks are implying that he is scamming people or stealing somehow?
4 - there was another release that was planned that he didn’t go forward with because he didn’t want to accept any more customers money until the current orders were fulfilled
5 - I’m sure if anyone asked for a refund and your order hadn’t shipped, you would be granted a refund
6 - the complaints are legit. It gets frustrating to be promised improvements that don’t seem to happen but...
7 - it’s soap. And it’s one man...trying to keep up. There’s lots of other good soaps out there if this isn’t acceptable to folks.
Last one promise....
