I bought 2 but they have not shipped yet. Mo said they needed to set a bit longer.

Long ago purged all but 2 WK Tallow DM other than Grooming Dept.  About out of Bare Naked WK Tallow and will prob order another at some point when getting free shipping.  Have 3 sets of Rose Conc SE DM Tallow and AS cause love scent too much - selling one, maybe 2 of these sets unused....  But Grooming Dept is so good at the various bases just doesn't make sense to have anything else.  All mine unscented.  Use them as with German beers: Spring Asinus; Summer Lusso; Fall Asinus; Winter Pekin  Sometimes will mix in a Tacit and Agnus for change of pace Spring through Fall

Of all the things you do well or poorly, the most notable for many of us is that you make soaps which, if not the the very best (as I think they are), are certainly as good as any and certainly soaps that are well worth waiting for.  Do yourself and all of us a favor and don't lose sight of that.  If you are like most people, your business practices will improve as you get older.  Of course, your competitors' soaps and business practices will be improving too,   but that is tomorrow's problem.  Today you need to keep making great soaps and doing your best to get the mechanics smoothed out (not to mention staying healthy!!).  

It's good to be critical, up to a point.

Your doing a great job, some people will bitch and complain no matter what you do. Just keep up the good work and know that most of us don't mind waiting to get our hands on the best soap on the market.

Keep doing what you do best and that is being the mad scientist of the Shaving soap world!! Every genius has some issues. I, like many others, could care less about shipping issues because I know what’s coming and it is DEFINITELY worth the wait!! I decided to take a break from my Vector and Paradigm SE today and go back to a DE. I chose my Charcoal Goods L3 DC and because of your pre-shave and soap, I did not nick myself at all with this razor for the first time ever. That speaks to your genius concoctions! Thank you for all you do and keep on pushing through! There are a ton of us that truly appreciate you Mo!!

Perhaps you could consider Task Rabbit for packaging and shipping. There used to be a company called Shyp that provided this specific service, but they shut down. Another option is a fulfillment service like Amazon. It will reduce your margins, but you might make it up if you are able to dedicate more time to production.

keep searching! I'd do what you can to relieve some of the stress off of your shoulders with all of this work. surely someone wouldn't mind making some extra money in your area?!!?!?
