Can you tell us a little bit more about that and how to work with you on a custom order?
Good to have you at DFS.
Absolutely, kwsher!

I made this page as a general FAQ on how the custom brush process typically works - either email me or say hello on LiveChat on my site and we have a consultation. Sometimes the customer knows exactly what they want, sometimes they don't, and I'm happy to help advise in any way I can. Once a design/knot size/etc. is settled, I work it into my queue. Once complete, I send photos - if the customer approves then I send an invoice, if not then I turn another.
I assume all of the risk, as I don't require a deposit and don't invoice until the work is complete and approved
I do have a disclaimer, though: I will not duplicate other artisans' work. I will use other artisans' work as inspiration, but I will not attempt to make an exact duplicate.
And I don't do beehives!
