Brian, I just bought a container of baking soda and the label prominently displays "Gluten Free!" Who knew? I've been looking down at the health food store for gluten free gluten that I use in some breads. I've had no luck so far. Smile

Yeah, "gluten free" labeling has gotten to the point of ridiculousness. Who would think that Sodium Bicarb could ever be made gluten free?

Bread is going to be a tough one since gluten is what creates the structure for rising. Did you google gluten free bread flour or gluten free bread recipes? You might find something that can be made at home or something mail order.

Gluten free breads are sawdust and processed starches glued together with... Sometimes actual glue materials. I kid you not.
It would be better if you ate real bread instead of the gluten free version.

I always thought having a Gluten free diet was meant for people who have Celiac disease which roughly affects about 3-4% of the population. This has become a really big thing in the food industry and used as a selling point. A much bigger percent of people are lactose intolerant but people hardly talk about it.
