European alternatives to Scrubbing Bubbles

Hello. I live in Romania. I've read that a lot of people use Scrubbing Bubbles to clean their razors. I can't buy the product from where I'm from. What are alternatives to this product?

I find scrubbing bubbles works very well but not any better than Simple Green if that is available. I'll bet you have a similar product available. I have also cleaned up a lot of razors with just dish detergent and a soft tooth brush followed by a buffing with some paste polish.
