I think its an individual thing. I know a lot of guys will splash a little on while their face is still damp and then come back with a 2nd splash wen that dries.  Others tell me they use a little splash  of Thayers  first and then wait a minute when their face is still damp and give it one good splash as it makes it seen to go further that way.

So a couple of tips for you Dan  I'm using it right after I use the soon to be released " Replenish' which is the Hyaluronic acid & EOS Complex serum and the combo really works for me.

Are you using the Replenish on wet or dry skin? Also what is your take on Skin Food being used wet or dry skin?

Finally, what amount is optimal per usage?? Just a good average guess on your part. Perhaps measuring what you on average pour into your hand in ml so we have a guide.

Without any basis, getting about 3 applications per sample tube but unsure if using too little or too much

Dan as far as the Replenish goes you can use it on damp or 100% dry skin. You can use it anytime of day or night and on your whole face and neck or basically anywhere you need hydration.
it’s hard to say how much as each face size and skin type is different but if your talking just about the Replenish a few drops go a long was as it has very good slip.

[Image: oLMX0qx.jpg]The new ETHOS Grooming Essentials jar.  I was having issues with the old jar which was made out of Styrene plastic cracking when exposed to the hot soap.  So this new jar is the sane jar that MDC shave soap comes in made from PETG Crystalline Plastic from France which looks and feels about as close to glass as possible and is much stronger and you can feel the quality difference as soon as you pick it up and compare it to the Styrene plastic jar.   The only negative is this cost a whole lot more than old jars. Funny how things go around in circles as this was the jar I wanted to use from the start but unavailable at the time.

I can say this about the unscented ETHOS I’ve been using.... for a pretty fickle rosacea face this soap is probably the most calming of any soap I’ve had. Calming really isn’t an attribute I’ve ever searched for in a soap per say but I always try to pay attention to how volatile/inflamed/red my face is after a shave. On Thursday I had awaken to a pretty red and blotchy face that was probably due to a poor pro inflammatory food choice from the day prior along with a healthy does of face friction from the pillow... All too familiar with this scenario unfortunately. I had to shave anyway so I figured I’d test the ETHOS in this particular circumstance to see if it had any effect good or bad on me. Really pleased and somewhat surprised to see that within a few hours most of the redness had dissipated... more so than if I had done nothing in a similar past instance. Something in there really calmed things down which is a nice attribute to have if faced with what to use on one of those days.

No soap encountered has been better. The benefit it confers damaged skin is almost medicinal in nature and impactful from the first shave while building over time as well. If one has damaged sensative skin, they owe it to self to try this soap

I’m so glad the soap works for you and based on your sensitivities I’d like to get you out some sample of a couple of products I’m work on for folks like you who have sensitive skin. The samples will be ready next week so get in touch with me and I’ll get some out to you.
