Gifted away my Lakewood Soaps "Smokeberry" and wanted another as it's a favorite. In the order message I told Linda I missed the old purple label. She was so kind that while in the upgraded tubs she changed out the label for me (I certainly didn't expect that). What great customer service. She shipped Tuesday and it came to me the next day. Gotta love a nearby artisan that makes GREAT soaps.
