Yes, I too don't want my kids to have the junk burden. My dilemma is the shave gear. My 3 boys just won't attempt the wet shaving process. The problem is I would have loved my grandfather's straights/mugs and my dad's gillettes. But when they passed I was with beard - so no interest in the gear. Third world problem! Do you ever catch yourself recycling stuff and holding a cardboard box in hands saying “that’s a good box.” It’s a running joke with my wife and me.

Yup, because you knew you would need it. Maybe not today or tomorrow but one day and there it is. That feeling is right up there with fixing something that’s busted instead of chucking it out and buying a new one.
