Razor: Henson Medium/Windrose
Blade: Gillette Spoiler (3)
Brush: Rubberset 400/Oumo SHD Badger
Soap: CFG Sherlock
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: CFG Sherlock Splash
Fragrance: CFG Sherlock EDP

Grabbed another scent that I like but don't tend to use much due to the soap base itself. It's good, just not great. Got a respectable lather today. Where CFG really shines for me is in their Splash which is great feeling and exactly what I look for in a splash. Burst of alcohol and a bit of menthol that dries down to no sticky or greasy feel but leaves the face feeling fresh and clean. I used the Henson trying to convince myself I can accept the Aluminum and don't need the Titanium one. I get such a good shave with this thing. You need to work for it a little but ZERO irritation. So if I bought the Ti do I go medium or move up to the Aggressive plate that none of us know how it shaves............that's what keeps me from pulling the trigger. It's priced great but not if it isn't a winner for me. REALLY on the fence and the pre-order price will be changing soon if it hasn't already. Guess I'll wait and see what others say and watch BST if I want it later. Have a great day DFS !!

I love CF Sherlock. I would like to get the EDT at some point.

"scent that I like but don't tend to use much due to the soap base itself. It's good, just not great"
I bet you would like the Silk Tallow base better. I do.

Razor: YatesPrecision Hybrid "M" Plate
Blade: Astra SP (2)
Brush: Graydog Cocobolo
Soap: Mystic Water Leather and Smoke
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Avon Leather
Fragrance: Scuderia Ferrari Black

So I had to put some work time in yesterday as in normally the case for my line of work but I'm off now until Monday afternoon for a few hours. Today I decided to go with Mystic Water Leather and Smoke. I swear Michelle had this down long ago. I love the pasty start to the lather that just builds to a creamy slick as snot goodness as you slowly incorporate water. I need to find some more scents of hers to add after I use some more soaps up. I'm SHOCKED we don't see her soaps highlighted more on the SOTD's. Avon Leather is 1 of my favorites from the vintage line I have collected. Probably work around the hose today clearing some brush on the tree line. Have a great day DFS !!!

Razor: Parker Adjustable Injector
Blade: Schick Chick (1)
Brush: Sorrentino Clown Puke
Soap: Clown Puke
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Skin Bracer
Fragrance: Acqua Di Gio Profumo

1st outing with the New Parker Adjustable Injector. I had loaded a new Schick Chick blade instead of the one that was pre-loaded as I wanted a known good blade to try the razor out. I set it on 5 and went to town. In a word...................MILD. Set on 5 was mild and at times hard to tell I was making contact and cutting things down. In the end I did get a close drs to BBS shave but I can tell the growth will not be staying at bay as long a usual. I've never used an "M" adjustable so I have nothing other than my "G" injector to compare it to. It's not close to the "G" for efficiency and the "G" is comfortable for me. I may try another shave or 2, or it may go to the BST as I'm pretty sure I'll be grabbing the "G" when I want an Injector shave. Clown Puke soap and the Clown Puke Sorrentino Brush used and topped with Skin Bracer and will hit it with some Acqua Di Gio Profumo. Now some Guatemalan Antiqua Coffee and Pumpkin Pecan bread while perusing the forum. Have a great day DFS !!!
