Crowne & Crane-Thuringian Forest

This was my first shave with a Crowne & Crane soap. The Thuringian scent it great. The soap lathers very easily and I was able to load my brush with more than enough lather for 3+ passes. I got a very close, smooth, burn free shave…………and on the 7th day for this Gillette “Spoiler” SS blade. I am glad I tried it in spite of already having too many soaps………….

I have quite a selection of Crowne & Crane soaps, and Thuringia Forest is one of those that reach for when I need a bright, manly pick me up.

Truthfully, I find all of the scents intoxicating. I have Tonacco Leaf & Amber, Thuringian Forest, Citrus Melange, Lavender & Cedar, Cognac & Cubans, and Sandalwood. All are fantastic!

I also ordered a sample puck of Tobacco Leaf & Amber. I will be using it this week. I used the Thuringian Forest again this morning for another excellent shave.

I broke out the Tobacco Leaf & Amber sample a few days ago. This is another great scent. The performance was superb just like the TF!

C&C is a nice soap. I have a puck of thuringian Forrest in tallow, and a puck of Jamaican Peppercorn in vegan. Both whipped up a creamy lather and both smell great, but I prefer the scent of Jamaican Peppercorn.
