The set was a gift from APR/Noble Otter to the regulars in the #wetshaving IRC channel. It was never publicly available for sale and the folks who have sets now know that if they no longer want their set, it should go to one of the other regulars who missed out on getting a set.
That being said, Dan from APR has been kind enough to offer up a full set (soap, splash, parfum extrait) as a prize in r/wetshaving's annual Lather Games competition. If you're interested in trying to win a set, all the info about the Lather Games can be found here.
