I bought this vector 2nd hand a month ago, I have shaved with it at least 10 times with no issues at all, except that it is too mild for me.
When I took a few pics for this post I noticed an irregularity in the baseplate (1st pic). The dent doesn't seem to have any adverse effects on the way it shaves, but it is still a flaw, hence the discounted price.
Comes with stand and original packaging.
