I have a Lvl 2 SB, as well as a Lvl 2 OC, and they are both outstanding shavers. They are both smooth as can be and very efficient with a Feather Blade in them. I would say that the OC is a touch more efficient than the SB. My Charcoal Goods are some of my very favorite Razors in my Den, both in form and function. I hope that Brian decides to bring the OC back, he told me that there wasn’t near as much demand for them as compared to the SB. I would love to add one of his OC Razors in Copper to my rotation someday.

Sorry forgot to mention, it only was the copper that he wouldn't make any longer (more prone to bending when dropped). Not sure considering the razors that you love to use if the OC3 would be a good choice, it's very good but ..... ;-)

Brian told me that he was no longer making OC Baseplates during our last email conversation and stated that it was because they weren’t selling as well as the SB. I hope this isn’t the case as I really enjoy my level 2 OC. celestino says that he was given the option of buying one after speaking to Brian approximately a month ago, so hopefully that is the case.

Thanks, Ron and I may contemplate it as the Level 3 SB head is treating my face, very well. It is extremely efficient.
