Don’t hold me to this....40-50 SS, 55-60 for the Ti, can’t find my email, but if I recall, right in that range

Is anyone still doing a carbon razor pass-around? I’d love to try one

The opportunity to get a product into the hands of the community and our consumers for feedback is a privileged and honor. Looking for feedback on 2 new base plates we are exploring...

We went through numerous iterations of prototypes when we developed the Cx, the feedback on the pass around provided a wealth of insight that we continue to incorporate into our product. What we learned is that every one has a preference, as a result we are exploring new base plates.

We have done a very small run of 2 new base plates we are designating "+" and "++"....I hope to share more specifics on the exact configurations next week but both new base plates will have a different blade gap and each will have a different blade exposure.

I am working with andrewjs18 on another pass around with these new plates to get feedback if any one is willing....both plates will be compatible with the current Cx. The unit would then be given to DFS and proceeds would go to help support this forum...

Have an awesome weekend all, as always thank you for the feedback, insight and hard truths! I'll share more next week...

I just got my carbon, very willing to try more aggressive plates. Andrew, please add me this pass around for East (Indiana).

Add me to the pass around plus I only live a few zip codes away from Carbon Shaving. I have the original R1 and Titanium handles, looking at buying the R2.

Hint Hint: might be good #1 on list

The original blade gap was .68 with some blade exposure.
Is there any estimate of the blade gaps for the + and the ++ heads? Will they be in the .8+ .9+ or 1.0+ region?

Will the original .68 head still be available (It has been sold out for weeks)?

I am still interested in purchasing the original cx316L head, without the handle. Is that option possible in the future?

I was part of the original pass-around, and super impressed with this razor.

Please add me to the list for the new pass-around. Thanks to Carbon for reaching out to DFS for feedback and suggestions.
