Bronze would need to be more expensive. Brass will keep it around the same price as stainless. And as far as customer demand goes it’s really a tossup between the two.

I’m really excited to see this, and will definitely be lined up to buy one when they become available, in OC and SB. Blackland Razors I would also gladly pay more for a Blackbird in Bronze. I love how Bronze Patinas, and it also looks great Polished up. I’m hoping the Jet Black makes an appearance again down the road as well, it looked like a Beauty. Unfortunately I didn’t have the funds at the time it was released, but if it came around again I would love to snag one.

Brass would be the perfect base for white rhodium...or even 24kt goodness. Assuming the brass is to be high polished.

There will be machined and polished finishes. I won't be plating them, but I'd love to see a customer plate his.

That sounds like a challenge, my friend.

My only drawback is missing the 101mm handle, Shane. If you'll make me a one-off 101, I'll have the long handle OC plate done in gold, with a short handled SB in white rhodium. 2 complete razors. What say you, sir? Pretty please.

The long handle will probably come back at some point, likely next year. But it won't make this batch of brassbirds.

I agree. A fitting treatment to one of my favorite rigs. You think Shane is responsive to peer pressure? I count 2 votes for, only the owner against.

Shane, you definitely should bring back the 101 and have a choice of handles
