That picture is helpful and is how my razor sits in the stand if I tap it to the side

I can balance it upright but it takes very little knocking of work surface or moving items next to it for the razor to go lopsided as in the picture

So toothpaste will easily restore it to like new? If so I may have to reconsider one. Does anyone know if he is now taking orders for the MC 22 version?

I see cornbread and just unboxed mine.
Mine is not great at all either, a loose fit that can be made to stand correctly.

I put the razor and stand down with other that are currently out and here it is, flopped over a bit. Here's a video and a Wolfman handle/ stand for comparison

A bonus is a small divot of sorts in the new Titanium handle.
I'd feel bad if I was to pass it on to another guy, say if I was through with it.[Image: XYv7GA5.jpg]

Yeah that divot ought to be reason for replacement.

Thanks for the vid of the stand. I actually looked at the site today to see if the stand for the Ti is in stock, and it is. Machine finish $75.

Was considering it but I think I'll get along without it.

Note that the Bird has a rounded bottom to the handle while the Wolf is flat.

I don't like the loose fit though.

Agreed, divot should not be there and if that’s how handle arrived then I have no idea how that passed quality control. Difficult to tell from pictures exactly but there looks to be a lot of marks on that handle that look questionable.

I agree, it doesn't feel right after spending over several hundred for one. I would get it exchanged.

Dang Keith, that is bad all the way around. The tipping is excessive compared to my Jet but the Jet still has plenty of play. The crater and the machine marks look bad too. It looks pitted in the valleys? Is that supposed to be the polished BB?

Yes,  it's the polished version, it doesn't seem like the price point that they sell for.
I'm not OCD but sometimes these things bug me I think quality should be better.
