Not at all, soap doesn't really go bad unless poorly maintained. Meaning left sitting in water or not allowed to properly dry. That bar of soap is cured before sale. So there's no chance it's "bad". That's not mold, it's just colors from other embed pieces. The soap's pH level should not allow for mold to grow, even without preservatives.
In short, the soap is perfectly fine. Embeds being made of the same thing, soap, does not have a higher chance of going bad. Otherwise we wouldn't do it. We just like to be creative an resourceful with what we do. As you can see, we package it twice (wrapped in biodegradable plastic wrap, then boxed) at different times so if ever there were an issue, we would see it during QC and packaging. Hope this provides some clarity, always happy to help!
