Speaking of Solarion, did anyone else take advantage of the closing sale?  At $10 per tub it was cheaper than the Lathas!

I actually paid $9 at Maggard and what a deal! I was without B&M for a month or so and that will never happen again. I've been buying some luxury soaps lately to try and although I like them all, B&M for me is my favorite.

Which one of the Latha scents is your favorite? I still can't decide which one to try first and I just bought Solarion last week so I only want to buy one more for now. I love Solarion by the way!

I'd have to say that Taiga is my favorite currently. Just know that I really love pine scents and it's Christmas tree time. I've been through 2 tubs of the original Latha and it's a great scent for year round. The anise stands out to many people so don't go with that one if you don't like anise. I like Sandalwood the most out of that and Limon & Oceana. Oceana is a well done aquatic but aquatics aren't my favorite. This one I will enjoy more in the spring and summer.

I think Will did a fine job on bringing many different scent classes to the Latha line. If there's a certain type fragrance you like best, then there is probably a Latha for you.

Thank you. I think Sandalwood will be my first purchase, followed by either Lavenda or Limon.

I took my LGC for a spin this morning too for the first time. The scent is extraordinary: notes of lime, meyer lemon and zest followed by a rich mix of light spice. The floral component to my nose is more along the lines of orange blossom and not strikingly sweet. There is also an herbaceous quality, much like the stem of green hay that is carried on the shoulders of a light, woodsy cedar. My favorite of Will's creations thus far.

On lathering, I was amazed at the quality of the lather. Even in a relative sense it was better than other B&M soaps that I have used and enough that I took note. Post shave was fantastic too. Then I remembered that this is a reformulation. And a great one at that!

Well done Barrister_N_Mann!

Just got my Latha Taiga and Sandlewood soaps yesterday. Another two great scents in the line. The only Latha scent I haven't really taken to yet is Limon, but I'm not a real fan of citrus soaps., I keep trying them though.

Looks like I'll be buying more B&M this week! Would the Fougère aftershave be a good match for Solarion, and if not what do you recommend? Thanks.

It would, actually. It has a distinct geranium note, much like Solarion does. Smile

Hi Will, I wore my Hallows t-shirt to the gym this morning. I'm not sure the gym was ready for it at 7AM - Lu-lu Lemon it ain't. It goes with my basic black gym attire very well.
Thanks,
Mark
