Reviews from a few years ago say it’s mild. Is it any better than the Rockwell, Henson, Yates M, H&S NO75, or other mild but efficient razors that have arrived since then? I don’t know.

Out of the razors you've listed, I've only used the Yates M.
The Yates is more efficient.

I always thought of the Hone as having the same angles as the Rex Envoy.
