The original owner was a really nice guy but split up with his partner. He was selling these razors at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue as well as his website. I would never fill out a form like this because it could very well be a scam. The company originated out of California I believe.

I GOT WAY TOO EXCITED WHEN I SAW THE TITLE OF THIS THREAD!! I absolutely adore my RS-10;and it's the smoothest razor I own. Wish someone brought it back in Titanium! Damn Mark youre lucky for having one! Where is Frank's Dragonsbeard Smoothest Shave-off best Thread? Legendary Shaving thread, bar none... I miss reading it when he was doing his shave-offs. The reason I mention this is that thread is what led me on my quest to find an RS-10. If memory serves me correct it was Timeless, RS-10, Gibbs and I forgot the last razor in the final four.

To bad the patent owners, if there is one, wouldn't go in with someone like Blackland razors to do a TI version.

Avi of Raw Shaving may have been a year or two ahead of his time with his exceptionally smooth yet expensive razors.

As I recall the (at the time) discontinued RS10 won the smoothest World Shave Off title. Dragonsbeard curated and put his heart, soul and time into those threads at that other board where the “moderators” decided to remove it without any reasonable or coherent explanation.

Man I got really excited when I saw this. I passed on buying one originally because the cost was so high at the time and I've always regretted it.

I was away from the shaving enthusiast fora for a long'ish stretch when Raw Shaving was making its bones, so I was blissfully unaware and unable to likewise fail in buying at the time.  I am "over" SS DE razors these days, but a reputable artisan making a Ti version would mean a blind buy from me based purely on universal acclaim of the SS version.

I love my RS-10. The smoothest razor I own. That order form is old. Original at the time that I was one but unfortunately it never came to fruition.

I try to avoid being a critic when it comes to pricing, because that discussion inevitably pisses off somebody, but with that said, navigating pricing schemes is definitely an art.  I guess I just mean, man...a guy can buy a terrific Ti (polished even!) razor from Timeless for as little as $275.  Paying more than double for something more rare should no longer even make me blink, but here I am, blinking.  Hard.
