Anybody have this problem

I used mystic water Lilly of the valley soap tonite and boy my face is on fire and swollen. Anybody ever had this happen and what can I do to cool my skin and lips off!

Maybe the lanolin? You have any other soaps you use with lanolin?

I’ve used over 75-100 soaps. All kinds and never had this kind of burn.
