What kind of websites might have suggested to people back in '99 or later to shave while in the shower and at the same time to leave lather on for 3 minutes before shaving?  What kind of websites wouldve wanted to get peoples attention with this tip?

If you really want to soften your coarse beard whilst showering there’s a product called Bengay, it’s a sports cream.  Use that on your facial hair (and elsewhere). Also, don’t listen to 1999 internet, apply and let condition for 10-15 minutes and then shave.  Post your results, best shave ever pal
