Thanks for bringing this up. Knowing how expensive saffron is, I always wonder what it actually means (read: how “real” are the claims or how big the quantities) when someone lists it as a component.

At least in the case of AYLM, the saffron is sourced from their family farm...

That actually stuck out to me in your original post. I had read a little bit about AYLM, but hadn’t seen that before. Thanks for starting this thread, it’s good to know more about these very intriguing soaps! I’m interested in reading any further comments you (or anyone else) might have about them as you continue to use them.

I noticed this soap online a few days ago. The jars look nice, good graphic on the label, glass jar I believe. Curious to hear about the performance compared to other Italian soaps.

I have some inbound SHAVEWIZARD420 and will post thoughts in this thread when they arrive [scheduled to arrive tomorrow]. I do believe that the only one in a glass container is Krokos however. The balance are in tins.

You're right, glass jar is only for Krokos; the others are in metal tins

These soaps are very good. I own the Kronos, Vegano, and Don Jose soaps...and just ordered Garden soap and splash in anticipation of Spring.
The shave is excellent and post shave is just as good.
Something about these soaps is fun to use... Not sure why but... They just are. Making the lather is pretty much foolproof, but I like it best with a slightly longer than normal load and several water additions.
Hoping more folks start using these.

In the set category, the "Routine" line has a new fragrance too: Magnifico.
