I had ordered the TI 95 OC base and scalloped cap, I paid for priority 2 day delivery to my office. A few days later I went on line and saw that the Post Office had marked it delivered that past Sat. On Saturdays my office is closed so there is no way it was delivered to the right address. I went to the post office and they confirmed it was delivered that past Sat, I filed a complaint.

I emailed Matt at Timeless and told him of the situation, he immediately wrote back that he was going to send out another. I told him to please wait till I researched it further with the post office I did not want him to be out any money if it could be found. A few days later I heard back from the PO, the situation hadn't change they had no idea where the package was delivered to.

I got back to Matt who could not have been more gracious and said he was sending out another and we confirmed my address, this was last Friday. I received the replacement today (Monday). So as it stands I have the SS 95 SB and OC and now the TI. Great razors, great company. Thank you Matt

It's heartening for sure to hear of the goodness and right thinking of some folks. Too often we hear the other side.

Timeless is my absolute favorite razor manufacturer right now. They are killing it out there. Glad to hear you had such a good story about their customer service, because their razors seem to be a hit as well.

Update,

Today the Post Office delivered the lost Timeless package (missing for 10 days marked as delivered), it was found with-in the Post office itself. I called Timeless and spoke to Mark to tell them about the new situation and that I was sending them back the lost package, and I thanked them again.

I had barely any contact with Matt when I ordered my Timeless. That's just how I like it. I order something, vendor ships it promptly, I receive it and enjoy it immensely. Just the way it should work. It's always nice to know a person you do business with will stand behind their product though. I hear nothing but good things about Matt and his company.

I ordered a Timeless months ago. Matt was fantastic to order from. A class act. I then ordered one for my brother. We both love these razors. Timeless is a true professional operation.

I can only add my admiration for how this was handled. The razor is excellent my favourite DE by a country mile both for its performance and looks. The level of customer service is clearly of the same qualith ad the product. Not one bit of a surprise to me!
