Great news! Restraint lasted 24 hours. A record for me. RAD eliminated. Could have resisted another few hours, but Karve sent an "items in your cart"  reminder AND mentioned something about AVAILABILITY. Horror. I'ld be denying my Sons their heirloom.

Well, I am guilty of "speed reading/skimming"!! Bouki *actually* has in his signature "Loyal Order of Overloaders" with a Lodge number. When I complimented him on his unique signature, mistakenly saying Overlanders, like a true gentleman Bouki just rolled with it!

Okay, the last "making of" photo, I promise! Once Samish Dusk is in hand, I'll post the finished product photos! Many thanks to Paul Stubble Daddy for sharing with me the documentary photos!

And that will do it for March 2022! I made my goal. From March 1 through March 3 I made no shave-related purchases. For three whole days my PayPal ledger was perfectly empty. What about the rest of the month? Well, I didn't buy any razors, brushes, or blades. (But a few tubs of soap may have slipped into my basket. Man, that Ethos is good stuff!) 

Tomorrow starts the fourth month of restraint. That means four continuous days of sabbaticalling for me. I can feel a pit in my stomach already.

Good job Bouki I made no other purchases after the Executive on the 19th of the month so my plan of extending the time between purchases has been working. It has not been accomplished by making a huge purchase of things and starting again but by only a CAN'T pass on it item and just that 1 and done approach thus resetting the no buy for me. In fact I think the Executive was my only purchase for the month but I'd need to look back to be certain. Looking forward to April with no real wants/needs. Best wishes to all in whatever they attempt/accomplish !

I've been doing horrible and really need to step up my game. In my defense, I didn't try for March, as I had plans (to waste $$, lol). Perhaps April will be the month for me?
