Wonder what Murat is going to do to resolve this tricky problem.

Only two solutions I can see....contact recipient of #1, ask him to return and engineer a swap.
Recipient may decline, unless Murat himself is owner of #1.

Stamp another MC with #1 and send over.

Anyone else with the 2022 MC able to clarify on the 3 piece nature of it? From the preview video, it made it seem like you had to apply a bit of force to pull out the base rod, but mine just slides out when I remove the top cap. The “ball” that I would assume should be bigger, is small and doesn’t hold the rod in. Is this accurate?

I've seen the video. The ball bearing is supposed to be the same thing that acts as a retainer clip. If yours is slipping in and out without much of a resistance than that may be a defect.

Going by past interactions reported, one could be forgiven for expecting this answer: we intentionally
decided to make the ball-bearing a little weak. hehe

It says on his website the ball joint is user adjustable to make the connection tighter or looser. I haven’t looked at how you adjust it but if you can’t work it out Murat should be able to explain it. If so would be useful if you re-post the instructions here.

Of course it shouldn’t arrive loose, but hopefully this time it is an easy correction you can make yourself.

Hello guys!
Recently purchased Rocnel Seilor master collection 2022 from The razor company.
It had arrived but confused me a lot on certain points. There are some questiones I'd like to ask you.
1. Whats the right way for the top cap of the blade? Rocnel upside to seilor word or away from it?

I tried that both ways but had problems with alighnment of the zero position. Did you have the same problem ?

Didn't the razor arrive assembled?
In mine (2021 MC), if the word ROCNEL on top cap is positioned so you are reading it, the button needs to be behind it.
