Well i do have my shaving soap (jars only), aftershave balm (old tried and true recipe), and my pre-shave oil (already made up) listed. I've opened it informally because I wasn't done with my medical tests and I didn't want to make any formal announcements on forums until I got a clean bill of health. (well that didn't happen) I do have some emu & tamanu shaving cream made that I need to list yet as well.

To which I have had some sales and it will remain open until next week.

Last Monday I went to Fargo to have an endoscope done and they did a biopsy and yesterday I got the news.

The pancreatic cancer that I have is called Pancreatic Endocrine Neoplasm or Islet Cell Cancer/Tumor. The biopsy came back yesterday and mine is cancerous but it's a slow growing cancer. BUT the good news is that it's caught early, and this type is treatable with surgery, unlike the type that Patrick Swayze had. I have an appointment in Rochester MN at the Mayo Clinic on Oct 4th.

But I'm told once I recover from surgery everything should be fine and I will be cancer free. I don't think I will need to do chemo or radiation, but then of course that's up to the doctor to decide. I will be in the hospital alone 7-10 days at the minimum and recovery time at home a good month after that for all the insides to recover and heal from surgery. I believe I will end up having the whipple procedure done.

So I'm planning on reopening after I recover from surgery.

Krissy, as much as I love your products I'd much rather have you healthy and happy. I'm very excited to hear this is treatable. Best of luck, and I'm praying for a quick and easy recovery period for you.

Krissy,

As a cancer survivor, I send all the positive energy and blessings I can muster your way. I had a cancerous kidney tumor removed last October, and did not need chemo or radiation. Thankfully, like yours, mine was caught early. Despite the ordeal, I consider myself blessed and very lucky. I'm hoping you will soon be able to consider yourself the same.

Please take good care of yourself and never delay joy or waste your time with things that do not matter. That's one positive take-away that came out of my experience.

All the best...

Best,
Mike
