No one can confirm that. All we know is that they're available at all times. From a single supplier and at increasingly expensive prices. I wouldn't have hoarded any at that price.
But look for the identical Wizamet Super Iridiums, made in the same factory in St. Petersburg and recently resurfaced in the Bay.

To the best of my knowledge, Polsilver blades were originally manufactured in Lodz Poland. Presumably Polsilver is a contraction of Polish and Silver or Poland and Silver. Some time later, Gillette moved the production of Polsilver Super Iridium blades to the PPI facility in St. Petersburg, Russia. Several years ago, the Polsilver blades were discontinued, but are still available in the marketplace at every escalating prices due to scarcity. I have used Polsilver blades and consider them to be good blades, but I find them to be mid-sharp, similar to Gillette Silver Blue and older Gillette Platinum blades. For those whose beards are not especially tough, these are all great blades. However, there are too many blades that are as good or better than Polsilver for me to recommend purchasing Polsilver blades at the current pricing.
A few years ago the PPI facility began to produce Wizamet blades as a replacement for Polsilver. I find the Wizamet blades to be very sharp and very smooth. For my tough beard and sensitive skin, they are far superior to Polsilver and they are among my top-tier blades. While they are not inexpensive, they are reasonably priced. In the States, there are only a few vendors that carry the Wizamet blades.
More recently, Gillette has announced that they were minimizing their presence at the PPI facility. This was a response to sanctions against Russia by NATO countries after the invasion of Ukraine. Since Russia is a major producer of the world's supply of Iridium, which is quite scarce, it remains to be seen if production of the Wizamet blades will be moved to India or China. Thus, if you are interested in Wizamet blades, you might want to purchase them soon.
