Do you think it's safe to say that they'll never contact me regarding that pre-order on their site? That's one hell of a customer service, ignoring preorders in favour of selling for a higher price from vendors, and bringing two other razors to market *before handling preorders*. I don't care I'd they'll *pay me* to take a razor - bad service means I'll never be their customer.

I, too, wondered about that and just gave up.  It's not as if I need another razor so just more change in my pocket to spend on other shaving goodies. Smile

There are plenty of better razors in the market, which offer a much smoother shave. It's not as mild as it was initially promoted and for sure not a razor for beginners, but for more experienced shavers. I get a far better shave from my vintage Schick Injector.

I agree that their customer service is one of the worst I've experienced the last years. I've sent them three emails and never received a single reply. The funny fact is that it seems like they answer only to specific customers.
