nice article. the amount of ads, however, might turn people away. have you looked into using a site like wordpress or blogspot where they offer free blogs with little to no ads? for example, jrcrow.wordpress.com or jrcrow.blogspot.com would be what they'd probably give to you as a URL on either of those two sites.
