Nice one, Gene. If those are the Swedish steel Rapira blades then I shall be very interested in knowing your opinion of them.

I believe they are, and I'll be trying them out soon. I'll do a fist impressions thread.

Very nice Tony, I've really wanted to get the Agua Puig and Agua Brava from Joe just out of sheer curiosity.

Looking forward to your extensive reviews on those fine products !
No need to write in excess of say, 5000 words. Cheers

I've been wanting a report on that Lavanda myself.

Anywho ... Phil at BullGoose has provided his usual fast and speedy service to get a Vulfix 440 boar/badger brush to Georgia in 2 days, and it is now in my possession. I'll take some pictures tonight.

Oops ... can't type. I did mean the 404.

I gave it a whirl on my Tabac this morning and it really did a great job. I'm looking forward to getting some more face time with it Smile

Gene, the 404 is a great brush and a permanant fixture in my brush rotation. Big Grin

I'm enjoying it so far. I'm still learning it to a certain extent. I find it seems to hold a little more water than I'm used to, but it hasn't hampered my lathering any ( I see it when I squeeze out my brush after my last pass ). I used it on my rapidly disappearing sample of AOS Sandalwood cream today, and it exploded that stuff.

It's a definite step up from my VDH or my Tweezerman. In fact, the shedding, and cracked VDH got trashed this weekend, and the Tweezerman just became my travel brush.
