Hey guys, this is the friend I pointed to here... He's having issues with the 45 bladed wonder and canned gel. Imagine that. Next week I'm going to get him set up with a loaner Super Speed, and a couple of brushes. I told him to get some VDH soap, and I've got some creams he can try out too.

yeah, I still used a 5 blade gillette razor with edge shaving gel. I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't. I'd prefer to shave a few times a week, but then I hate getting razor burns so I let my beard go for weeks and then it takes me a good while to actually get a clean shave.

If your not picky about the scent PM me your addy and I'll toss a puck of shave soap in the mail from my stash that is already made up. I may or may not have unscented if you prefer that. Let me know. :welcome:

if the shave soap smells like a female scent, I'd prefer to not use it. Smile

that being said, I'm open to trying anything someone is willing to offer me to see what works best. I'll send you a PM.

Damn Andrew, if you think shaving is a PITA... you are definitely a 'young buck'.
May you have as few PITAs as possible in your life. Cheers
