That Bald Guy with the Big Beard
Bishop, CA
This arrived tonight, so may be the last entry in February 2016!

I got this in a trade. A gentlemen posted to a google+ group that this Merkur 37c was more aggressive than he liked, so he was wondering what folks might be willing to trade. I offered my British Tech with aluminum spiral handle, he accepted, and I received this beauty in the mail this evening. Unfortunately, it arrived AFTER my evening shave, so it will have to wait until tomorrow for a test run, but I couldn't resist taking a picture. I've been wanting to get a slant, but didn't want to spend $50 on another razor...WIN!

For me February was a month of acquisitions:

1- First lot were brought to me by friends from Lesvos, Greece. Faena Shaving Soaps are a must try. I guess I am one of their biggest fans.

2- A friend had a trip to Italy and brought me the second lot.

3- A shave shop in Istanbul had the last Thater 49125s ever made. I couldn't miss it out and bought a 49125/1.

4- Continued with a Feather SS razor.

5- Got a small package from G&C.

6- TVB Shaving had an amazing discount for couple days to clear its American artisan soap inventory. I regret not buying more.
