This arrived in the mail yesterday from the UK..

At 125 x 40mm, quite the little beauty and ir seems a perfect size for hand honing. I'm very happy with it.

BTW... I sure am saving a ton of money by keeping my own razors up to snuff.. Banghead

In the mail Friday from ShaveABuck came this
Sabi 3peice Heavyweight.

Beautifully designed and plated razor.
Nice weight at 4oz. produced a slightly aggressive shave.
First shave with this monster was BBS after two passes using a new Lord Super Stainless blade.

Full review to follow a few more shaves with this beauty.

Hey Wyatt, Happy Birthday and congrats. on the super haul.
And what a haul !!!!...

Some of that stuff you paid peanuts for - A Rocket for 10 bucks ?

I don't know anything about Sabi, but the head design ( at least in the pic. ) looks very similr to a Merkur head.
At 4 ounces it's a serious weight and that too is reminiscent of a Merk 38 - Is the handle longer than usual ? Looking forward to your comments !

Enjoy !!!

Best,
Andy.

Say, congrats. Bill ! Cheers
Made in Belgium, which means it wouldn't be cheap and oughta be a serious sharpener. As you pointed out that should translate into saving a good deal of green, which will free up some cash for other shaving stuff ! Big Grin Thumbsup

Best,
Andy.

Such lovely toys for your collection/use...
That MTech knife might be might be a little rough around the edges to shave with though... Rotflol

What are your plans for all those items?

Dang, quite nice Wyatt!.
My paternal grandmother had a china cabinet like that.
Tell me, are the "rabbit ears" part of the vintage display? :spin:

Max: Hey, piece of pie.
Curnow: Cake, piece of cake.

Max: Easy as cake, yes?
Curnow: Pie, easy as pie.
