Not liking how all shaving topics are lumped into one group. It was easier to look at when there was separation.

I agree, a separation would be nicer. Perhaps after the genreal shaving topics.

Could general discussion and shaving help be combined into one section instead of two. Since there are only 18 posts in the shaving help section they really could be one topic. (not to many posts to move if it needs to be done manually.) It could even be called “General Discussion & Help”

I also liked when the other topics were under their own header. Could the general discussion be left with with the razors, brushes, soaps, EtT, etc which it wasn't before. Then put SOTD, The Haul and The Shave Cave under their own header.

we could probably combined the shaving help and general discussion section into 1 as you pointed out.

I'll talk with the other admins and mods about moving stuff around to see what they think.

I think we should also add back in the forum description to help break it up some.

[Image: shock.gif] Here I thought I was losing my mind because I read you closed the other thread, but I couldn't find my post there. I was sure I had posted, but because of other issues I thought I got distracted and didn't post what I wrote.

I tend to just "go with the flow..." Didn't really notice much difference until Gary mentioned it, and after looking a bit more closely, I tend to agree with him.

But, it's not a "deal breaker" for me .. I adapt, and move on... Whatever everyone agrees to is OK by me.

Pacifist ! - sit on the fence why don't you ! ( probably got some hippy blood in ya ! )
Actually I agree with you, after having lived with it for a while it's a bit bland, sterile and public service like. Also not as easy just to go straight to the "action threads" section.

Best,
Andy.

Some adjustments will have to be made by each of us but I have to thank Matt for bringing Andrew on board and Andrew for doing an incredible job with the whole look and feel of the site. New members, no spam, a cheerful interface that both Matt and Andrew still have ideas on improving, overall I'd say the site is a winner. Besides, if it was 100% then there would be nothing to complain about and that is simply not the DFS way. Rotflol
