When I was using body washes I always used the Dove men's care shower tool. It only cost a few bucks but kept the lather really well.

Hi Charlie,
I use one of these- Simply Body Soap Net.
I initially got turned on to them when I ordered some bath soaps from Queen Charlotte. You can hang it in the shower and it holds your soap. No need to take it out, just wet and start scrubbing! When you're done, rinse it and hang it back up. It's also perfect for when your soap bar gets down to a sliver... instead of tossing it just throw another bar of soap in the net and continue using.

I use the Japanese Salux scrubbing cloth: http://www.amazon.com/Salux-Nylon-Japane...B000CSDDDG

Does a great job of lathering and exfoliating. I also like that you can squeeze virtually all of the water out of it, so it dries quickly and completely. No worries about funk developing.
