This is a sterile Max Sprecher 10/8 near wedge with 2.9 inch edge, Abalone Scales, and tang insert…the tang is extended.

It is the nicest razor I have owned, it is the nicest razor I have ever used, it gave me the nicest shave I have ever experienced with a perfect result….period…full stop. The steel was the most buttery smoothest steel I have used…on par with the best that came out of Sheffield.

I finished it on an Okudo JNAT, which is one of my top two Japanese stones…so that didn’t hurt either!

Hello all! Hope you're having a great weekend.

Late post. Busy day but it started off nicely with a refreshing shave. Went back to Razor Emporium's bespoke soap & splash set from Phoenix Shaving, "King R. Emporium". Wonderfully dense and slick lather produced with the YAQI "Mojito" two-band badger brush. Two passes with the "Fatboy" and I finished with a aplsh of the matching after shave and a thorough dousing of Maison Margiela "REPLICA At The Barber's" EdT.
